Located on a 95-acre former Alpaca “safe haven” farm, Killingly Engineering provided the survey, engineering and permitting to help in creating the owner’s vision of turning the neglected 8,500 square foot mansion and barns into the premier wedding and banquet facility in the region. Our tasks included creating modifications to the zoning regulations to allow for the use, survey and site plan design, structural design for a 60’x60’ post and beam barn, and permitting with local and state agencies.
