The Black Dog Bar & Grill is an upscale pub-style restaurant featuring American fare and barbecue in building that has been utilized for numerous restaurant businesses over the years.  Killingly Engineering has worked with the owners of the restaurant and the Town of Putnam to obtain numerous permits and variances to expand the business which is a non-conforming use for the industrial zone in which it is located.  Work has included parking expansions, permitting, design and renderings for a banquet room, outdoor waiting area and a 3-season room.
